End-User License Agreement

Subject to these terms and your subscription, groundre grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the groundre CLI, SDK, and self-hosted server for your internal reverse-engineering and security work.

• No redistribution or resale of the software without written permission.
• No removal of notices, and no use of the deterministic verifiers to build a competing verification service.
• Third-party components (Ghidra, radare2) remain under their own licenses; nothing here supersedes them.

The license ends if you breach these terms or your subscription lapses. On termination you must stop using and delete the software; self-hosted verdicts you already produced remain yours.
