Terms of Service

The agreement between you and groundre, Inc. for use of the groundre platform, API, CLI, and SDK.

Last updated 1 July 2026

01Acceptance

By accessing groundre — the web studio, the API, the CLI, or the SDK (together, the “Service”) — you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

02Acceptable use

groundre analyzes binaries and can, when you explicitly opt in, execute them in a sandbox. You agree to submit and run only binaries you own or are authorized to analyze.

  • Do not use the Service to attack, gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt any system.
  • Do not detonate malware outside an isolated backend you control; the default sandbox observes, it does not contain adversarial code.
  • Do not attempt to exfiltrate other tenants’ data or reverse the Service’s access controls.
Dynamic execution is gated twice — a server flag plus per-run consent — precisely so it is never triggered by accident. Enabling it is your affirmation that the binary is safe to run in your environment.

03No warranty on verdicts

groundre reports what it can prove about a binary. A VERIFIED/UNVERIFIED/CONTRADICTED label is a deterministic statement about ground truth, not legal or safety certification. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

04Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, groundre’s aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. groundre is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

05Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
